1: Program Governance

Our approach to program governance provides a formalized and holistic supervision of a project or a program. We will ensure that your project not only remains on track from start to finish, but also delivers the intended business results. Our solution allows for issues to be addressed in a politically correct way so that they can be managed and accounted for properly and do not stall the program.

Our Program Assessment provides a comprehensive examination of existing programs, evaluating current performance and identifying major weaknesses, risks and issues. This detailed assessment results in a highly practical and actionable roadmap to get the program back on track.

Our ‘Fast Track to Success’ solution provides all the needed templates and processes to define and start the project or program. We believe that program objectives, mission goals and business value can only be achieved when supported by robust processes and plans for program management, change management, quality assurance, configuration management and risk management.

Our ‘Execution Solution’ provides management services for our clients’ programs and investments. We approach Program Management as a risk management discipline with a focus on the people, process and technologies involved. Our approach relies heavily upon working as a true partner with each of our clients to ensure that we are consistently meeting our contractual objectives while providing comprehensive performance management transparency.

Program Management Solutions provides ongoing assurance and validation of program performance and desired outcomes through a comprehensive program assessment that evaluates the full lifecycle of your program. Our service includes a comprehensive review of program performance.
