Aristo Mitchell

Aristo Mitchell is the Founder & CEO of Program Management Solutions. He is accountable for the direction and success of the company having more than 20 years of consulting experience. Aristo has led large cloud migrations and GSA and other agencies and has supported long-term international projects in London, Saudi Arabia, and elsewhere. He likes to stay busy, is a father of 5, volunteers as a basketball coach, and is an avid racquetball player.

Anthony (Tony) Scolaro is Program Management Solutions CTO. He is responsible for the processes, tools and technology we use in solving customer issues and ensuring that our staff has the required competencies for addressing the current IT challenges. He has more than 30 years of experience of proposing and delivering effective solutions to complex business problems in the Federal space.

The Assisted Acquisition Services Business Systems provides Federal agencies with a wide variety of information technology and professional service solutions to include acquisition services.
  • We provide Agile Project Mgmt work on the AASBS programs that supports GSA/FAS.
  • We work with project stakeholders to define Product Backlog & identify business results.
  • Represent the team, works with and engages internal and external stakeholders as needed. Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of the client’s goals and their business environment. Provides leadership and guidance to the client and the TechFlow project team.

The EHR System will replace MHS legacy clinical systems including, but not limited to, the Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology (AHLTA), Composite Health Care System (CHCS), and most components of the Theater Medical Information Program-Joint (TMIP-J). When implemented, the EHR System will provide access to authoritative clinical data sources, and over time become the authoritative source of clinical data to support improved population health, patient safety, and quality of care to maximize medical readiness for the DoD.

The Contractor shall provide, host and deploy EHRM across the VA enterprise including the following areas: project management, change management, training, testing, deployment services, sustainment and other solutions encompassing the entire range of EHR requirements, to include hosting, software, and hardware incidental to the solution. The Contractor shall develop and maintain interfaces as required to meet EHRM solution requirements. The Contractor shall deploy EHRM to all VA Medical Centers (VAMCs), Outpatient Clinics and other approved users of VA EHR functionality. The Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacies (CMOPs) will have access to the EHRM. The Contractor shall support the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) revenue cycle reporting, business intelligence, data analysis and new employee/continuing education training activities and system optimization. EHRM capabilities will also be deployed to Veteran Benefits Administration (VBA) facilities and/or to support other VA use cases as required.

PM Solutions was specifically tasked to help provide Program Management leadership as well as standard SDLC support such as Project Managers, Tech Writers and Business Analysts in support of the VA EHRM Deployment.

Air Force Medical Readiness Agency’s (AFMRA) Chief Health Informatics Officer (CHIO) seeks advisory, assistance, and systems integration with Cerner software solutions support to provide strategic, technical, clinical informatics, administrative and program management across four strategic task areas.
  • Area one (1) task one, requires enterprise level technical program management support.
  • Area two (2) task two requires developing strategy, planning, and implementing the overall strategic goals for the optimal use of informatics and IMIT solutions.
  • Area three (3) (Tasks 3 and 4) requires Clinical Informatics experts to accomplish tasks in direct support of the Air Force Medical Service's (AFMS) implementation and adoption of electronic health records.
  • Area four (4) task five requires provide assistance and support services to the CHIO and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of the AFMS.

We provided AFMRA CHIO support in project management, subject matter expertise, and systems analysis support to the CTO, MTFs, and MAJCOMs. To include supporting large scale initiatives in accordance with (IAW) business improvement and reengineering activities including organizational development and process modernization efforts supporting coordination of MHS and AF initiatives.
